Who we are:

Easy Smart Grid was founded in Karlsruhe/Germany in 2014 with a clear vision: An energy system dominated by renewable sources.Our mission is to supply the missing puzzle piece - a real time information and communication technology with unmatched price/performance ratio to make the energy transformation simple and affordable.

In our first development phase, we built an international network and recognition with thought leaders on micro grids, demand side management, real time energy markets, smart decentralized control and innovative system architectures such as cellular grids.Now is the time to move our technology from solid theory to daily reality.

Business developer

Your objective is to convert interested partners into customers and business potential into sales. To achieve this objective, you continuously stimulate and manage relationships, identify opportunities and develop attractive proposals. You manage the sales pipeline including co-operation and demo projects as well as professional services, license or product agreements. To support these activities, you will also select, develop and use marketing tools such as media, conferences and white papers/product brochures.

The successful business developer has a strong motivation and business drive, international orientation (languages, cultures, mobility) and can understand and structure B2B business. Familiarity with basic physics, electricity and the energy system will help you create success, as the ability to communicate easily and effectively with commercial and technical partners at different levels.

Solution developer

Your objective is to convert know-how into solutions that add value to our customer's business. You build on and consolidate know how in the company and from our network and initiate competence development where necessary. You define and establish development processes that are the basis for reliable products and efficient customer support. The relationships with technology partners in our network will extend you personal capabilities, as will be students and interns working on technology or product development. Your expertise will also be needed when making technical decisions in the business development process.

A good understanding of relevant technologies (physics, electronics, software) - typically demonstrated by a university degree - will help you be successful. This should be supported by practical experience in energy, automation or communication systems, and engineering practices. You should be able to understand customers and their needs, able to adapt to new circumstances, and demonstrate determination and flexibility to achieve agreed project objectives.
