EU-India best practice exchange on Smart Grid and Smart Cities

30/11/2016

Energy system transformation poses huge challenges for countries all over the world. Its success will depend on international exchange on what works best, and on joining efforts to overcome barriers. Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung invited and organized what it called "seed communities" both in India and the EU on Smart Grid and Smart Cities as key activity areas. Easy Smart Grid was invited to contribute and also pitch the European Smart Grid perspective vis-a-vis the Indian participants at an event held in Delhi. This kicked off a series of activities to be continued in 2017 on both sides. (Foto: Thomas Walter)
