As winner of the 2014 EIT-Digital challenge, Easy Smart Grid was asked to join a micro grid simulator development project with DFKI, the German Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence, TU Berlin and several international partners. The objective of this one year project was to bring advanced energy simulation technology, that has been created at TU Berlin, into the market. Easy Smart Grid supported on the definition of requirements, marketing plan and the organisation of a launch workshop in Berlin (Foto: Thomas Walter). While only the local ecosystem had been invited, it was well received, gave the attendents valuable insights into practical workings and benefits of this novel solution, and provided a solid base for the intended spin-off under the name of www.energenious.eu
